Hello Everyone. This year I will be doing 2 cooking experiences. The first one on Sunday October 29th at 2:00 p.m. at my home. I will be using my Thermomix TM5 machine to show you. Lemonaide, Onion Focaccia Bread, Pumpkin Soup, Coleslaw and Fruit Sorbet. It takes approx. 90 minutes and is ideal for beginners. Everyone is welcome however class size is limited. Let me know A.S.A.P. There is no charge for this class.
The second cooking class will be on Sunday November 26th at 2:00 p.m. and will be on gifts to make with a fee of $25.00 per course.I will make a moc Baileys, Walnut and Brie Shortbread, Almond Addiction, Obatzer (Camenbert Dip) and a Christmas Stollen. This should take approx. 2 hours.Also limited class size and let me know A.S.A.P.
