These tiny little balls are highly addictive! I bet you can’t eat just one. They are also gluten free which is a bonus since so many people have allergies now a days.



  • 70 g strong flavoured cheese Gruyere/Emmemtahler
  • 160 g full cream milk
  • 60 g veggie oil
  • 1 egg
  • 170 g arrowroot/tapioca flour I used tapioca
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Add all ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 8
  • Pour into greased mini muffin tins and Bake 10-12 minutes at 375F
  • Yum! Serve at a party or for a snack!
