Oatmeal in Thermomix

  • 160 g rolled oats
  • 480 g Milk
  • 380 g water


  • Place all ingredients into mixing bowl and cook
  • 11 min/90 C/Reverse/speed 2


As the porridge sits it will become thicker. If you prefer a finer texture, blend for 20 - 30 sec/speed 5 after cooking. For a lactose / dairy free version, use water instead of milk. To make a smaller quantity - use 40g rolled oats, 120g milk and 90g water. Reduce cooking time by 3 - 4 min.
