These tiny little balls are highly addictive! I bet you can’t eat just one. They are also gluten free which is a bonus since so many people have allergies now a days.
- 70 g strong flavoured cheese Gruyere/Emmemtahler
- 160 g full cream milk
- 60 g veggie oil
- 1 egg
- 170 g arrowroot/tapioca flour I used tapioca
- 1 tsp salt
- Add all ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 8
- Pour into greased mini muffin tins and Bake 10-12 minutes at 375F
- Yum! Serve at a party or for a snack!
