I love heat and the Habanero is the king of chilli’s. This is quite flavourful but a little goes a long way.
10 Habenero’s, stalk removed
6 garlic cloves
60 g water
60 g white vinegar
1 tsp salt
Add ingredients and blend speed 8/ 10 seconds
Cook 20 minutes/90C/ REVERSE/speed1
When finished add ! Tablespoon fish sauce.
Put in canning jar and keep in fridge.
